Hyderabad India Office Building-LEED Gold

The CA Technologies ITC environmentally-friendly campus features a 30.5 acre highly sustainable park-like setting with 450,000 square feet of office space. The campus was opened three years ago with one building that houses 1500 employees. The completion of its new LEED India Gold certified building enables the company to house another 1000 employees.

LEED-certified buildings cost less to operate and maintain are energy- and water-efficient have higher lease-up rates than conventional buildings in their markets are healthier and safer for occupants and are a physical demonstration of the values of the organizations that own and occupy them.
